How do you feel about having a natural treasure for breakfast?
There are numerous healthy berries that would be a great addition to your diet. The Acai berry is one of the healthiest berries you will ever find.
Acai is native to the tropical flood plains of Central and South America, and was first used medicinally by Amazon cultures. It’s organic, energy-boosting, inmune-stimulating and, loaded with real nutrients and antioxidants benefits.
You can use the fresh fruit or the dehydrated ACAI organic powder as I did.
The Acai Bowl recipe is super easy, you just need to blend all ingredients up, and top with your favourite topping options.
I like Goji Berries, Pumpkins Seeds, Chia Seeds, Maple Almond Granola and shreeded coconut.

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 ripe peach
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp acai powder
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- Add all ingredients to the food processor or blender, and blen until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in to the bowl and top with your favourite toppings. I used goji berries, pumpkins and chia seeds, and some shredded coconut too!
