- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 can organic pumpkin puree
- 1 cup coconut cream or full fat milk
- 1 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend all ingredients together in high speed until smooth and creamy.
- I topped mine with white chocolate blocks and cinnamon bars.
